Humans need trees to survive. Yet they can pose a risk to our safety when they grow too large or in the wrong areas. We owe our passion and drive to Pete’s Treeworx’s legendary founder, Pete Broad, a gentle giant more passionate about nature that anyone we’ve ever met. Since the day Pete’s life was tragically cut short by a falling tree limb we have dedicated ourselves to upholding his legacy and continuing his mission of making the world a better place while keeping our communities safe.

In 2008, the legend Pete Broad started Pete’s Treeworx with a Nissan Patrol, a trailer and a dream.

More passionate about nature’s gentle giants than anyone else we’ve ever met, Pete’s life was tragically cut short in 2018 when he was struck by a falling tree limb. Today, Pete’s Treeworx upholds Pete’s mighty legacy by passing on the knowledge and infectious passion he had for trees. Led by Alex Wright, our growing team of arborists apply their extensive knowledge of local species and environments to preserve the health, structure and safety of every tree we look after in our community.
